Classy, timeless and yet contemporary, Alexandra is Alex Anderson's latest fabric collection. The mostly tonal group is anchored by a beautiful antique toile, and features an unusual wavy floral ribbon stripe, a light-on-dark paisley, a sprightly tossed flower sprig, a textured flower dot, and a classic shirting stripe. The five colorways include dark red, dusty blue, chocolate brown, ecru and a somewhat uncommon golden harvest set. This is an elegant group, worthy of any traditional quilt pattern, but with possibilities for many modern projects as well.
The group is accompanied by a simple Alison dot on a mottled dark ground, which offers some additional contrast to the collection.
